I’ve been wanting to install new gates using oz-post post holders and my new demolition hammer toy, but it keeps getting postponed by other tasks. There is no end to property upkeep. Let’s see, today was consumed by replacing the motion detector floodlights, strategizing new ring footing, inflating tires on the tractor, trimming the horses’ feet, fixing the tent, showing the wife how to change a flat tire, watching the wife ignite a road flare in our driveway, getting the DR Trimmer started (starter fluid is my friend), going on a trail ride on the horses (almost got thrown), and changing the brake pads on the car and having to jury-rig a problem brake caliper. Hopefully one of these days I’ll get to those gates.
